Dates & FeesRegistration You may register and pay for the meeting and the dinner with a single transaction. Each participant (including Accompanying person) will have to create an account before registration. To register / submit your abstract: 1) Click “Create an account” on the left menu. 2) Enter required informations and validate. You will receive a confirmation email with a weblink: click the link to confirm your registration. 3) Go back to the congress website and log in. 4) Go to the registration or submission tab on the left menu. 5) Fill out the registration information and submit/pay.
*Students will be asked to provide by email a proof of their student status.ANY STUDENT FAILING TO ATTEST A VALID UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION WILL BE CHARGED AS A FULL DELEGATE.
Abstract submission Abstract submission & reviewing is performed online using this website. To ensure a quality peer-reviewing, the deadline for abstract sumission is March 16, 2014. No oral nor poster communication will be accepted after this deadline.
